Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using FaidaGrow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

FaidaGrow is a rental-business management platform that helps you track assets, customers, rental contracts, payments, expenses, and maintenance, and calculates profitability metrics (revenue, expenses, ROI, and utilization) based on the data you enter.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account belongs to one business; you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by any staff members you invite.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Store or process data you don't have the right to store or process;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business's data or to the Service's infrastructure;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (assets, customers, contracts, financial records, and similar business data). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

Current pricing plans are described on our Pricing page. We will give reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect for existing accounts.

Renewals are manual, not automatic. We do not store your card or mobile money details and do not charge you without action on your part - a paid plan runs for the billing period (monthly or yearly) you paid for, and you must return to the Billing page and pay again before it ends to keep your plan active. We do not auto-charge you at renewal time.

If a plan is not renewed by its renewal date, the subscription is marked "Past Due" for a short grace period (currently 3 day(s)), during which you can still resubscribe to keep your plan without interruption. After the grace period, or immediately once a cancelled plan's paid period ends (see below), the account moves automatically to the Free plan. Moving to Free does not delete any of your existing data - it only restricts adding assets or team members beyond the Free plan's limits until you resubscribe.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops the plan from renewing, but you keep full access to your paid plan's features through the end of the period you already paid for - cancelling early does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion, and we do not otherwise offer refunds for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law. You can also switch to the Free plan immediately if you would rather give up the remaining paid period right away.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk to the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Financial figures (revenue, ROI, utilization, and similar calculations) are derived from data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only - they are not financial, tax, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaidaGrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
