Why we built it
Most rental businesses know what they own. Far fewer know whether each asset is making money.
Records of bookings and rent payments are easy to keep. The costs that eat into them are not: repairs, utilities, empty months and idle days rarely show up next to the income they reduce.
So a busy asset can look like a good one while quietly losing money. We built FaidaGrow to put revenue and costs side by side, per asset, so owners can decide what to keep, fix or sell.

Rent and hire fees often arrive by mobile money, in local currencies, in more than one language. FaidaGrow records M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, cash and bank payments, and works in English and Kiswahili.

The name
