Keep your tenants and renters, their details and their history in one place.
A customer is a person or company that rents from you. Each customer page shows their leases, payments, documents and a risk score.
Individuals and companies
Choose Individual or Company when you add a customer. Companies also take a registration number and a contact person. Identification (national ID, passport, driving licence) and an emergency contact are optional but useful.
Unique phone and email
A phone number and an email are each unique within your business, so you cannot create the same customer twice by accident. The same phone number can still belong to customers of different businesses.
What a customer page shows
- Total paid and the amount outstanding across all their leases.
- Every lease, with its status and balance.
- The full payment history, with search and a filter by payment method.
- Uploaded documents such as an ID copy.
