Tenant portal
Let tenants see their own lease, payments and documents online.
The tenant portal is a separate, read-focused area where your customers can follow their own lease without calling you.
Enable access
Open a customer's page and turn on Portal access. They sign in with their phone number and a password you set. Access is off until you enable it, and you can turn it off at any time.
What tenants can see
- Their leases with the rate, dates and balance.
- Their payment history and a payment statement.
- Documents you share, and the condition records and photos from inspections.
- The maintenance requests for their unit.
Privacy
A tenant only ever sees their own leases. Your other customers, your financials and your internal notes are never visible to them.
