Reports answer the questions a rental business really asks, from the data you have already entered.
Dashboard and health score
The dashboard shows revenue, expenses and profit, assets needing attention and a business health score from 0 to 100. The score is the average of revenue trend, profitability, utilization, rent collection, maintenance and customer retention, so you can see which area is dragging it down.
Reports
- Portfolio: revenue, expenses and return on investment across the business.
- Occupancy: how much of the time each asset is rented.
- Renewals: leases ending soon.
- Maintenance: cost and frequency by asset.
- Investment: return on what you paid for each asset.
- Collections ageing: who owes you, and for how long.
Choosing what you see
Reports by scope narrows the same figures to one property and its units, one asset, one customer, or the whole portfolio, over the last 12 months. Staff who are limited to assigned assets only ever see the assets they are assigned to.

Every main report can be exported to PDF or Excel to share with a partner, a bank or your accountant.
